Cords Cable allots preference Shares to Promoter Directors

Cords Cable Industries Ltd has allotted 160000 Non-Convertible, Cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of the face value of Rs. 100/- each of the Company at par to the Promoter Directors of the Company aggregating to Rs 1,60,00,000/-

With the above allotment, the Share holding of Promoter Directors have changed. Mr Naveen Sawhney (Managing Director) hold 2580608 equity shares (Face value Rs 10) and 80000 Preference Shares (Face Value Rs 100). Mr D K Prashar (Joint Managing Director) holds 2631396 Equity Shares (Face value Rs 10) and 80000 Preference Shares (Face Value Rs 100).

With the above allotment, the current paid up capital of the Company is 1,14,27,780 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each: Rs 11,42,77,800/- and 1,60,000 Non-convertible, Cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each: Rs 1,60,00,000/-
