KG Denim to consider issue of equity shares

KG Denim Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, to consider the issue of equity shares for redemption of preference shares in accordance with the approval by shareholders in the EGM to be held on the said date.
