Core Projects & Technologies allots 81732 shares

The Shareholders & Investors Grievance Committee of Core Projects & Technologies Ltd at the meeting held on July 30, 2011 approved allotment of 81,732 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each against conversion of FCCBs. The paid up equity Share Capital of the Company post this allotment stands increased to Rs. 22,16,15,032/- comprising of 11,08,07,516 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

- The Remuneration/ Compensation Committee at the meeting held on July 30, 2011 approved grant of stock options to directors and employees of the Company and employees of subsidiary Companies under CORE Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.302.50, up by Rs.2.15 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.304 and low of Rs.301.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.76 lakhs.
