Edserv Softsystems opens GDR issue

The Board of Directors of Edserv Softsystems Ltd at its meeting held on July 25, 2011, has approved the opening of the GDR Issue to raise not more than USD 35 million at a price fixed as per SEBI regulations.

The stock was trading at Rs.138.25, up by Rs.1.55 or 1.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.141.70 and low of Rs.137.40.

The total traded quantity was 0.66 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.57 lakhs.
