Sterling Holiday Resorts India allots 897000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd at its meeting held on July 14, 2011, have allotted 8,97,000 shares.

The Board has allotted 412000 equity shares Under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009 (ESOS-2009) and 485000 equity shares Under Employees Stock Purchase Scheme - 2010 (ESPS-2010).

The stock was trading at Rs.84.65, up by Rs.5.05 or 6.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85 and low of Rs.80.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.65 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.47 lakhs.
