Helios and Matheson Information Technology repurchases FCCBs with face value of US$ 1.40 Million

Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd has bought back FCCBs of nominal value of US$ 1.40 Million at 25% discount as per the guidelines and requisite approvals received from the Reserve Bank of India. The bonds that have been bought back have since been cancelled and extinguished. After cancellation of US$ 1.40 Million bonds, the total outstanding value of the bonds now stand reduced to US$ 15.60 Million.

The stock was trading at Rs.33.50, up by Rs.1.40 or 4.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.40 and low of Rs.31.75.

The total traded quantity was 21317 compared to 2 week average of 6022.
