Ramco Systems allots 5473 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd at its meeting held on May 23, 2011, has approved an allotment of 5,473 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,505,451 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 15,510,924 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.92.25, down by Rs.0.75 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.45 and low of Rs.92.25.

The total traded quantity was 455 compared to 2 week average of 474.
