Saraswati Industrial Syndicate Board to consider Dividend for 2009-10

Saraswati Industrial Syndicate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 27, 2010, to consider Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on September 30, 2010, and to recommend dividend to Equity Shareholders of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1315, down by Rs.17 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1339.90 and low of Rs.1281.
