Vitizen Hotels Ltd signs long term lease agreement for operation of Hotel at Manayata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited's subsidiary Vitizen Hotels Limited has signed an Agreement under long term lease for Hotel property situated at No. 24, HBR 1st Stage, 5th Block, Manayata Tech Park, Bengaluru 560045 having approximately 40 rooms, one restaurant and other hotel facilities. This will add to the consolidated revenue and profits of the Company after commencement of its operations.

Shares of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 63.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56346 in over 153 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 67.24 and intraday low of 61.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3573757.00.
