Seamec Ltd enters into Bimco Charter Party with A D Engineers & Contractors LLP

SEAMEC LIMITED has entered into a Bimco Charter Party dated 11th August 2025 with M/s. A.D. ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS LLP, Mumbai for Charter Hire of our Vessel "SEAMEC III" for working in ONGC Oilfield, West Coast of India carrying out jobs related to SAT Diving and Air Diving.

The firm period for operation in the field for 70 days with option for extension on mutually agreed terms.

The commencement is within the window period of 15th October 2025 to 25th October 2025. The total value of the contract estimated as INR 61,13,25,000, exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 796.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 791.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 171 in over 51 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 804.00 and intraday low of 762.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 134350.00.
