Avance Technologies to open more retail outlets

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company intends to expand by getting into retail segment of Information Technologies as well as Digital Lifestyle products like PDA's, High Definition Plasma panels. LCD's, I-pods, High end communication products of digital technology. The Company intends to open more number of retail outlets to cater to ever increasing demand for such products as the economy and living standard are increasing. With this object in mind Company is also looking at acquisition in various IT related Companies and projects for expanding vertical and geographically in different locations and thus, intends to raise money via issuing convertible warrants to few of the allottees.

The allottees selected include Promoter and Non-Promoter category. Non-Promoter category includes people who are from various field of profession like Engineering, Chartered Accountants, and Legal and other general investors. The allottees are not related to the promoters.
