RR MetalMakers India Limited (BSE: 531667) has officially announced the completion of the sale of its manufacturing undertaking/plant located in Sabarkantha, Gujarat. The transaction was finalized on April 16, 2026, following a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) previously executed with Ojas Ecopower Limited.

The company has divested its unit situated at Survey No. 36, Dehgam-Dhansura Road, Talod.

Total Consideration: The company received ₹2.65 crore (plus applicable taxes) for the disposal of the plant.

Asset Contribution: For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the Gujarat unit contributed ₹3.52 crore to the company's turnover, representing 6.70% of total standalone revenue.

Buyer Profile: The plant was acquired by Ahmedabad-based Ojas Ecopower Limited. The company confirmed that the buyer does not belong to the promoter or promoter group.

The disposal was carried out as a strategic move to streamline operations. RR MetalMakers noted that the Gujarat unit had a negative net worth of ₹5.30 crore as of March 2025, suggesting that the divestment may help improve the company's overall consolidated balance sheet.

Shares of RR MetalMakers India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 28.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.24. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1008 in over 8 trades.
