CHD Developers fixed deposit holders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, a meeting of the Fixed Deposit Holders of the Company will be held on February 24, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, arrangement embodied in the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Capital Homes Ltd and the Company.
