DIC India to merge Rohit Industries Pvt Ltd with itself

DIC India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2007 has given approval to the merger of Rohit (Printing Inks & Paints) Industries Pvt Ltd with the Company, subject to necessary approval as laid down in the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable laws and regulations.

Further the Company has informed that, Rohit (Printing Inks & Paints) Industries Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has ceased to do business. In view of the same and for better synergies, the Board decided it desirable and expedient to merge the Company with itself effective April 01, 2007.
