RTS Power Board declares interim dividend

RTS Power Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007 at the rate of 5% i.e. Re 0.50 per share on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company.
