Marsons considering to buy Siros Electrical Engineering Co., in Australia

Marsons Ltd has announced that the management is weighting the option to buy M/s. Siros Electrical Engineering Co., a business firm based in Australia and is in the same line of business. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting to be held on February 10, 2007, as has already been intimated earlier convened for considering the issue of shares on Preferential basis, shall also consider this matter and to decide further actions.

Further the Company has informed that, the management is under negotiation with Siros Electrical Engineering Co., based in Melbourne, Australia for a possible takeover of the same. The target Company is engaged in manufacturing of Dry Type Transformers specifically.
