Fulford India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006.
