Webel-Sl Energy Board recommends 10% dividend

Webel-Sl Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 1/- per share i.e. 10% on paid up value of equity shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 on September 23, 2006.
