TT Ltd announces 1:1 Rights Issue

TT Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2006 has decided to issue 10749025 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium to be decided at a later date aggregating a sum not exceeding to Rs 250 million to the existing shareholders on Right basis in the ratio of 1:1 (one equity share for every one equity share held).
