Maruti Udyog clarifies on bonus rumour

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading portal titled "Maruti +0.9%; Bonus Rumor", Maruti Udyog Ltd has clarified that there is no such proposal for issuance of bonus shares under consideration and that the Company has not released any information in this regard to any body. However, considering the Company´s past record, if and when such any such price sensitive proposal shall be considered, the same will be informed.
