HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced the following Results for the quarter & year ended June 30, 2006:
The Unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 are as follows
The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 268.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 324.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 5372.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 5986.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The Audited results for the year ended June 30, 2006 are as follows
The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 1132.20 million for the year ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 1327.70 million for the year ended June 30, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 19639.10 million for the year ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 23005.60 million for the year ended June 30, 2006.

The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 700.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 590.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 22051.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 30982.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The Audited Consolidated results for the year ended June 30, 2006 are as follows
The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 2803.60 million for the year ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 2277.00 million for the year ended June 30, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 77885.80 million for the year ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 113877.20 million for the year ended June 30, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 26, 2006 to October 27, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on October 19, 2006.
