Insul Electronics to invest 26% in SPV Mall Project at Hubli

Insul Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2007, has approved the following:

1. The Board has decided to merge Satguru Corporate Services Pvt Ltd with the Company. The Board has further decided to call Board meeting on February 02, 2007 for deciding the swap ratio.

2. The Board has decided to make an Investment of 26% in SPV Mall Project at Hubli.
