HCL Infosystems Board recommends 100% dividend

HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2006, inter alia, has recommended 100% final Dividend on the paid up share capital of the Company for the financial year ended June 30, 2006.

The Company has already paid three interim dividends of 100% each during the year.
