Jain Irrigation shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2007 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Eurissko Agro Ltd, Pune with the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2006.

The report of the Chairman of the meeting shall be filed with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay as per prescribed procedure for enabling further proceeding in the matter.
