Phoenix Lamps Updates on Open Offer

Phoenix Lamps Ltd has announced that the acquires M/s. Argon India Ltd and M/s. Argon South Asia Ltd Mauritius (nominees of Actis India Fund 2 LP and Actis South Asia Fund 2 LP) have in terms of Observation Letter issued by SEBI revised the Open Offer Price to Rs 190/- per share as against Rs 152/- per share.

Offer to Open: February 05, 2007

Offer to Close: February 24, 2007
