Visualsoft Technologies members approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Visualsoft Technologies Ltd has announced that the members of the Company at its court convened meeting by the Hon'ble High Court of AP held on January 25, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Megasoft Ltd.
