Pyramid Saimira Updates on expansion plans in Karnataka

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has announced about the following:

- Multiplexes across the State of Karnataka.

- Tie-up with B & B Infrastructure, Ltd (Ritual Developers Ltd),Bangalore for 15 lakhs sq.ft of entertainment across Karnakata.

- M/s. Ritual Developers Ltd., Bangalore are reputed developers in the State of Karnataka with huge land bank of approx. Rs 500 crores value.

- M/s. Ritual Developers will develop 15 multiplexes across the State of Karnataka for Pyramid Theatre Chain.

- Pyramid will have multiplexes, Food Courts, Family Entertainment Centres and other multiple entertainment services, focused in those places.

- This agreement is for development of over 15 lakhs sq.ft segregated into three years.

- Initially developments will take place in Bangalore, Tumkur, Dharwar, Mysore etc.

- The first "Bhoomy Pooja" is expected to be held in the second week of February 2007.
