GE Shipping Board declares interim dividend

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 3.00 per share to the equity shareholders of the Company, which will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or after February 07, 2007.
