Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 04, 2010 and approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad vide its Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dt. February 20, 2010, the name of the Company has been changed from "NAKODA TEXTILE INDUSTRIES LTD" to "NAKODA LTD".

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.08, up by Rs.0.33 or 3.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.35 and low of Rs.10.55.
