Chamatkar.Net to pay 6% dividend on preference shares

Chamatkar.Net India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2007, pursuant to decision taken in the Board Meeting held on November 02, 2006, has decided to pay dividend to the single preference shareholder, Neil Information Technology Ltd at the prescribed coupon rate of 6%. The Board has also decided to redeem these preference shares. These preference shares are not listed on any stock exchanges.
