Konark Synthetic allots 9,16,000 shares on preferential basis at Rs.65

Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2006 has allotted 9,16,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 55/- per share on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2006.
