Dazzel Confindive to increase share capital, issue 20,00,000 warrants

Dazzel Confindive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Issue of 20,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs 11.00 each carrying a right to subscribe to equal number of equity shares of the Company, on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company and non-promoters, in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines.

2. To increase the authorised share capital of the Company from Rs 5,00,00,000 to Rs 7,00,00,000.

3. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on March 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider issue of 20,00,000 convertible warrant and to increase the authorized capital of the Company.
