KSL & Industries to allot 1401870 shares at Rs.214 per share

KSL & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2007 has allotted 1401870 Equity Shares of Rs 4/- each at the issue price of Rs 214/- per share (including Premium of Rs 210/- per share), aggregating Rs 30,00,00,180 to General Insurance Corporation of India in pursuant to the Resolution Passed by the members u/s 81 (1A) of the Companies Act 1956 at the EGM held on January 09, 2007.
