Pratibha Industries to raise upto Rs.200 crores through equity issue

Pratibha Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial result for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2006, to raise funds upto Rs 200 Crores by way further issue of Share Capital, amendment in Object Clause of Memorandum of Association etc.
