Lakshmi Precision to allot 9,00,000 shares to Reliance Long Term Equity Fund

Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 13, 2007, has approved the allotment of 9,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to M/s. Reliance Capital Trustee Co Ltd A/c Reliance Long Term Equity Fund.
