GIVO Ltd has announced that the shareholders at its meeting held on January 13, 2007, have approved the resolutions for issue of shares to Financial Institutions (FIs) (IFCI Ltd and Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund) as per the details given hereunder:

1. IFCI Ltd - 30,00,000 No of equity Shares to be issued to FI's approved by shareholders

2. Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund - 25,00,000 No of equity Shares to be issued to FI's approved by shareholders
