Apollo Hospitals to announce Q3 results on Jan 24, 2007

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record:

1. Audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and Associate Companies for the half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Unaudited non-consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2006 (Q3) and the same shall be published on or before January 26, 2007.
