Aban Offshore enters into MOU with Government of Gujarat

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that the Company through its Subsidiary Aban 8 Pte. Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on January 12, 2007, for setting up of Joint Venture with Government of Gujarat through their nominated Company Gujarat State Petroleum Corporations Ltd for Offshore Drilling Services. The Joint Venture will be functioning through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
