Federal-Mogul to consider rights issue for Rs.115 Crores

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2007, to consider the Issue of Shares on Right Basis upto Rs 115 Crore and to fix up the Price Band for the same.
