i-flex Solutions to announce Q3 results on Jan 19, 2007

i-flex Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To adopt un-consolidated Indian GAAP Accounts for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q3).

2. To adopt consolidated Indian GAAP Accounts for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

3. To consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) of the Company.
