Schrader Duncan Board to consider interim dividend

Schrader Duncan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To Approve the Company's unaudited quarterly financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To Consider an interim dividend.

3. To fix the record date for the dividend, if approved.
