Subex Azure Board to consider interim dividend

Subex Azure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and to consider declaration of an interim dividend.
