Ratnabali Capital Board to consider interim dividend

Ratnabali Capital Markets Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and also to consider the declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
