KSL & Industries EGM approves issue of 1401870 shares

KSL & Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 09, 2007 have considered and approved the resolution for issue of 1401870 Equity Shares of Rs 4/- each at the Premium of Rs 210/- Per Share (i.e. issue price of Rs 214/- per share) to General Insurance Corporation of India, aggregating Rs 30,00,00,180.

Pursuant to the provision of section 81(1A) and other applicable provision of the Companies Act 1956, Members have also given consent to the Board to offer, issue and allot the further securities in foreign market(s) and /or domestic market.
