Sobha Developers awarded LOI from BF Utilities Ltd worth Rs 25 crores

Sobha Developers Ltd has announced that on January 11, 2007 the Company has received a Letter of Indent (LOI) dated January 05, 2007 from BF Utilities Ltd (Kalyani Group Company) to construct its Employee Care Centre in Mundwa, Pune. The scope of work comprises of its civil, finishing, interiors, glazing works and Project Management fees for its electrical works, PHE works, Mechanical works, HVAC works, structural steel works etc.

The total value of the work is about Rs 25 crores.

BF Utilities Ltd is a new corporate client added to the Company's existing contractual client base.
