Ontrack Systems receives approal to issue shares to Seven Hills Technology Inc

Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that the Company has received the approval from Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Ministry of Finance, Govt of India vide their communication, dated January 04, 2007 for the allotment of shares to Seven Hills Technology Inc, the holding Company of the Intellisys group, USA.

The company will take effective steps to execute the above transaction.
