BSL Shareholders & Creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

BSL Ltd has announced that the Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their court convened meetings held on January 06, 2007 have unanimously passed the resolution for Scheme of Arrangement for amalgamation of BSL Wulfing Ltd with the company.
