Basant Agro Board to consider Sub-Division of equity shares

Basant Agro Tech India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 11, 2010, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.

The Board approve the split / subdivision of the equity shares of the Company.

The Board will also convene the Extra ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company to approve split / subdivision the equity shares of the Company.

The Stock was trading at Rs.43, up by Rs.2.75 or 6.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.70 and low of Rs.41.

The total traded quantity was 4906 compared to 2 week average of 2806.
