Bodhtree Consulting Ltd approves merger of Rzeninfo Solutions Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Bodhtree Consulting Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on Saturday, January 03, 2026, has considered and approved, in principle, the proposal for merger of Rzeninfo Solutions Private Limited into the Company, subject to receipt of requisite approvals from the shareholders, stock exchange(BSE), regulatory authorities, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and such other approvals as may be required under applicable laws and further approved the draft MOU with Rzeninfo for the proposed merger.
