iGate Global creditors and members approve Scheme of Amalgamation

iGate Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Creditors and Members of the Company at the Court Convened Meetings held on January 10, 2007 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between iGATE Technology Services Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company.

The Creditors and Members of iGATE Technology Services Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, at the Court Convened Meetings held on January 10, 2007 have also approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between iGATE Technology Services Pvt Ltd, with the Company.

The Company will proceed further, to file the petition under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation between iGATE Technology Services Pvt Ltd, with the Company with the High Court of Karnataka.
